# Making Payments

RentEase makes it easy to stay on top of your rental payments. Here's how to make payments and manage your payment settings:

### Making manual payments

To make a manual payment, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your RentEase account.
2. Click on the "Payments" tab in the top menu.
3. Select the property for which you want to make a payment.
4. Click the "Make Payment" button.
5. Enter the amount you want to pay and select a payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, or bank account).
6. Review the payment details and click "Pay Now" to complete the transaction.

### Setting up automatic payments

To set up automatic payments, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your RentEase account.
2. Click on the "Payments" tab in the top menu.
3. Select the property for which you want to set up automatic payments.
4. Click the "Automatic Payments" button.
5. Select a payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, or bank account).
6. Enter the payment frequency (e.g. monthly, biweekly) and the date on which you want the payments to start.
7. Review the payment details and click "Save" to confirm the automatic payment setup.
